Standard Enduro Shelters

VPC offers a complete line of tough ENDURO fiberglass shelters that are ideal for housing samplers, generators, pumps, switch gear transformers, radio repeater shelters, chlorination equipment, emergency spill equipment, safety and even industrial equipment.

These shelters are constructed from one-piece molded fiberglass reinforced plastic, designed to withstand 130mph winds and roof loads of 30lbs per square foot.

Perfect for pumps, valves and well heads that need to be kept insulated from cold weather, the Enduro Model 50 is made for those kind of projects. This lightweight fiberglass enclosure has a front access door and can be equipped with a factory installed heater with built in thermostat eliminating any concern relating to frozen pipes and valves.

The Enduro Model 100 was originally designed for refrigerated samplers but is used in many different applications. The flip top lid and the hinged front door allow easy access to whatever equipment or instrumentation is stored inside. Installed in Food & Beverage facilities, Paper Mills, Industrial Plants and in Coastal Areas, the M-100 is the perfection solution for your job.

The Enduro Model 150, like all of our standard enclosures, is shipped to the job site fully assembled and ready to install. Standard features include stainless steel door hardware, insulation and a perimeter base mounting flange. Electrical options such as heat, light, exhaust and outlets can be installed at our factory upon request.

One of our most popular shelters, the Enduro Model 200, is widely used in a variety of applications. Storing water monitoring equipment, communications equipment, or electrical instrumentation, this weather resistant fiberglass shelter has a smooth gel coat exterior finish with UV inhibitors.

Rugged, durable and economical, the 5’ x 5’ Enduro Model 300 fiberglass shelter is transparent to both radar and radio waves and is often used in cellular or antenna shielding. Also widely used to store radar and satellite equipment, chlorination equipment and tanks, switch gear transformers and any other valuable equipment or instrumentation that needs to be protected from harsh and corrosive environments.

All Enduro 400 Model pump covers are fully insulated and are shipped completely assembled and ready to install. The Enduro 400 features tilt-back access to equipment installed inside the cover. Designed as a pad-mounted cover, stainless steel hinges are secured to the concrete pad, allowing you to tilt open the lightweight cover. An uninsulated model is available for $1595.

What makes one Enduro 400 different from the others is access inside the cover. The Enduro 400D has front Double Door access. Door includes stainless steel hardware and locking hasp and staple. The large double doors give you well over 48 inches of open access inside the cover. Use the exterior base mounting flange to secure the enclosure to the concrete pad using anchor bolts.

The popular Enduro 400G, is a very versatile shelter able to easily access well heads, pumps, valves, and pipes. The single gull wing offers an affordable option for access to this fully insulated cover. Using stainless steel door hardware, the enclosure is finished with a UV resistant gel coat, eliminating any chance of corrosion.

Unlike the tilt-back or double door openings, one or both sides of the Enduro 400GX can be opened making access to the pump convenient! This weather proof fiberglass cover is lightweight and is delivered ready for use! Preventative maintenance and repair is made easy with the unique access this shelter provides.

The Enduro 433 uses stainless steel hinges on the back of the cover producing a flip top opening into the insulated box. Prop bars hold the lid open while preventive maintenance or repair is completed. Double handles make lifting this lightweight top a breeze. Roomy inside at 49.5" x 38" x 36", the 433 is shipped fully assembled and ready to install!

The Model 600 fiberglass shelter is corrosion resistant to many chemicals and is most often used in applications where wood will rot and metals will rust. Roomy measuring a full 72 inches square, this maintenance free shelter is popular in the water and waste water, communication, industrial, electrical and municipal industries.
