Enduro 400 ModelVirtual Polymer Compounds is proud to offer the ENDURO 400 SERIES of insulated fiberglass shelters. This series of shelters is used in a wide range of applications and offers a variety of access to the inside. One of the more common uses of fiberglass shelters is for pumps, valves and pipes. Cold temperatures can often cause pumps to malfunction and pipes to freeze. Built with 1" of polyurethane foam insulation allowing for an R-value over 7, these covers are lightweight, rugged and maintenance free! Heat, electrical equipment such as light and exhaust can also be installed by our fiberglass fabricators. If the ENDURO 400 doesn't meet your application, VPC offers pump houses, pump covers, pump enclosures, and pump shelters of any size to protect your investment!

Enduro 400 - Tilt Back

All Enduro 400 Model pump covers are fully insulated and are shipped completely assembled and ready to install. The Enduro 400 features tilt-back access to equipment installed inside the cover. Designed as a pad-mounted cover, stainless steel hinges are secured to the concrete pad, allowing you to tilt open the lightweight cover. An uninsulated model is available for $1595.

Enduro 400D - Double Door

What makes one Enduro 400 different from the others is access inside the cover. Measuring at Length: 58" Width: 46" Height: 43", the Enduro 400D has front Double Door access. Door includes stainless steel hardware and locking hasp and staple. The large double doors give you well over 48 inches of open access inside the cover. Use the exterior base mounting flange to secure the enclosure to the concrete pad using anchor bolts.

Enduro 400G - Single Gull Wing

The popular Enduro 400G, is a very versatile shelter able to easily access well heads, pumps, valves, and pipes. The single gull wing offers an affordable option for access to this fully insulated cover. Using stainless steel door hardware, the enclosure is finished with a UV resistant gel coat, eliminating any chance of corrosion.

Enduro 400GX - Double Gull Wing

Enduro 433 - Flip Top

The ENDURO 433 uses stainless steel hinges on the back of the cover producing a flip top opening into the insulated box. Prop bars hold the lid open while preventive maintenance or repair is completed. Double handles make lifting this lightweight top a breeze. Roomy inside at 49.5" x 38" x 36", the 433 is shipped fully assembled and ready to install!

Vinyl Wrap: Any enclosure can be customized with a vinyl finish.
Exhaust Fan: 60 CFM, 110 volt with thermostat.
Heat: Baseboard type 110 volt, 500 watt heater with integral thermostat.
Access Ramp: Allows easy access in and out of the enclosure for heavy equipment.
Window: 12" x 12" window can be provided in the door or walls of the unit.
Light: 60 watt, incandescent light: sealed fixture with plastic base assembly. Flourescent lighting, exterior lighting and exterior alarm lighting also available.
Load Center: 10/220 load with 4 single pull 20 amp breakers.
Rear Access Door Panel: Allows easy access to equipment from the back wall.
30"x36" Equipment Mounting Board: Installed on side or rear walls for easy and secure equipment or instrumentation mounting. Unistrut also available for heavier applications.
Floor: Integral to the interior, the fiberglass floor serves as full containment.
Chlorination Option: Includes, floor, 12"x12" window, light and exterior light switch.
