Prefabricated corrugated fiberglass wall panels are shipped to you ready for assembly. All wall and roof panels are constructed with heavy duty, rigid, corrugated fiberglass, and secured to a sturdy pultruded fiberglass fram with stainless steel screws and neoprene washers. Side walls and end walls are clearly marked making installation quick and simple for three people.
The strong and durable fiberglass frame is seated in the fiberglass bracket. Align the predrilled holes using a screwdriver Using the supplied stainless steel hardware, secure the frame to the bracket and tighten The end wall (back wall) is now ready to be installed. Roof and wall panels are lightweight and easy to move around
Process is repeated for all supplied wall panels. Complete the assembly of the wall panels and adjust to ensure the building is square To be safe, when installing the roof panels, a third person on the inside of the shelter is recommended. Lift roof panel and slide it into place
Guide the roof beams into the fiberglass bracket. Secure with provided stainless steel hardware The modular, weather resistant building is shipped flat on a pallet in sections, saving freight and fabrication costs. Door is pre-hung and requires no assembly. Wide interior flange is provided on all wall panels allowing for secure mounting to a variety of bases.
On site installation with three people is less than two hours. Building design allows for quick disassembly of the shelter. With the panels assembled, fiberglass trim is ready to be installed.
Pre-cut and shipped with the shelter, trim pieces are simply riveted to the frame. 10ft x 10ft x 8ftH, non-corrosive, weather resistant all fiberglass modular building from VPC Fiberglass.
