Custom Fiberglass Noise Reduction Shelter

VPC Fiberglass manufacturers a wide variety of fiberglass shelters for many different applications. This custom 7' x 7' x 6' high enclosure is going to be used at a wastewater treatment facility to house scrubber blowers. Scrubbers are used at treatment plants to control odor. Reducing the noise was a big concern to this customer while protecting the blower from weather and temperature extremes. To address this issue, an acoustical foam insulation was installed inside the shelter. The acoustical foam coupled with an inch of polyeurethane foam sandwiched between two 1/4 inch thick layers of fiberglass will reduce the noise from the shelter by over 10dB. The shelter is shipped complete to the WWTP with pass-thrus for the exhaust in place, allowing for easy and qucik installation. We have several options/upgrades available for your custom shelter order

Color: A variety of colors are available. Standard color beige.
Vinyl Wrap: Any enclosure can be customized with a vinyl finish.
Exhaust Fan: 60 CFM, 110 volt with thermostat.
Heat: Baseboard type 110 volt, 500 watt heater with integral thermostat.
Access Ramp: Allows easy access in and out of the enclosure for heavy equipment.
Window: 12" x 12" window can be provided in the door or walls of the unit.
Light: 60 watt, incandescent light: sealed fixture with plastic base assembly. Flourescent lighting, exterior lighting and exterior alarm lighting also available.
Load Center: 10/220 load with 4 single pull 20 amp breakers.
Rear Access Door Panel: Allows easy access to equipment from the back wall.
30"x36" Equipment Mounting Board: Installed on side or rear walls for easy and secure equipment or instrumentation mounting. Unistrut also available for heavier applications.
Floor: Integral to the interior, the fiberglass floor serves as full containment.
Chlorination Option: Includes, floor, 12"x12" window, light and exterior light switch.
