Custom Fiberglass Pump Covers Virtual Polymer Compounds stocks a variety of standard size fiberglass shelters and has manufactured hundreds of custom shelters used in a wide range of applications. One of the more common uses for fiberglass shelters is for pumps, valves and pipes. Cold temperatures can often cause pumps to malfunction and pipes to freeze. VPC offers fully insulated pump houses, pump covers, pump enclosures, pump shelters with the option of heat to protect your investment! Electrical equipment such as light and exhaust can also be installed by our fiberglass fabricators. The pump covers work great in warmer climates too! Enduro 400 Series

Virtual Polymer Compounds is proud to offer the ENDURO 400 SERIES of insulated fiberglass shelters. This series of shelters is used in a wide range of applications and offers a variety of access to the inside. One of the more common uses of fiberglass shelters is for pumps, valves and pipes. Cold temperatures can often cause pumps to malfunction and pipes to freeze. Built with 1" of polyurethane foam insulation allowing for an R-value over 7, these covers are lightweight, rugged and maintenance free! Heat, electrical equipment such as light and exhaust can also be installed by our fiberglass fabricators. If the ENDURO 400 doesn't meet your application, VPC offers pump houses, pump covers, pump enclosures, and pump shelters of any size to protect your investment!

OSHA Yellow Pump Cover

Custom Fiberglass Pump Cover This custom manufactured fiberglass pump cover measures 60"L X 30"W X 42"H. Fully insulated, this cover is designed to house 3 pumps at an oil refinery. Finished with OSHA Yellow gel-coat, an integral floor was included to contain spills. A 3/4" threaded coupling installed in the floor allows for drainage. Full access for preventive maintenance and repair is realized by the double doors with 12" x 12" windows. Designed and manufactured by VPC's experienced staff, this shelter was built and shipped in less than 2 weeks.

Custom Pump Cover

Virtual Polymer Compounds worked with Irrigation Specialists, Contractors and a School District in Alabama and designed this insulated fiberglass cover. The sprinkler system used at the athletic fields at the local High School required a cover for the booster pump. Measuring 105 inches long 36 inches wide, and 30 inches high, this cover will be placed over the booster pump protecting it from vandalism and the weather. The large access door provides easy entry to the cover for pump maintenance and repair. Heavy duty, stainless steel door hardware was used for this cover which will be shipped to the High School complete, ready for installation. Water Pump Cover

This non-insulated pipe cover is 48"W X 66"L X 48"H. Virtual Polymer Compounds custom manufactured 3 of these covers that are being used to cover exposed pipe and valves. Covering these pipes will not only protect them from coastal salty air, but will of security and protection. Used in and around a children's playground, these pipe covers provide safety for the kids. a heavy duty, stainless steel, length long piano hinge allows for tilt back access to the pump and valves. Anchor bolts are used to secure the cover to the concrete pad.

4-Door All Access Water Pump Cover

Fiberglass cover featuring easy access and ventilation When this municipality contacted VPC searching for a solution to cover water pumps along a highway, our design experts went to work. The water pumps required covers due to their exposure to the salty sea air on the island where the highway is located. The covers had to be fabricated to a height as to not interfere with traffic view and with access from all sides to protect maintenance personnel. Vent covers were also installed to protect the pumps. This 4-door ventilated cover was the perfect and affordable solution. Consult with VPC's design team for your next project!

Double Door Pump Cover

Custom made by VPC Fiberglass, this 6x3x3 fiberglass pump cover is being used at a Waste Water Treatment Facility in New England to protect their water pumps, valves and piping from the harsh, cold and corrosive environment. This cover is equipped with 2" foam core offering an insulation value of R-14, interior gel coat, a reinforced fiberglass floor, 500 watt stainless steel heater, light and a 48"x30" double door with stainless steel hardware.
